27th and 28th October 2017, 7.30pm
Catch a glimpse into the fascinating life of one woman whose struggle changed the lives of many others. One hundred years after her death, this new play is written and performed by local residents to celebrate the achievements of Elizabeth Garrett Anderson. Mother, doctor, Mayor, trailblazer.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to hear her story told in words and music. With a cast ranging from 7 to 80+, this theatrical homage to a remarkable woman is also part of the National Museums at Night initiative. Enjoying the ambience of our Victorian factory buildings after dark is the perfect way to round off the 2017 season.
Book soon as seating is limited. Tickets cost £8 / £4 Under 12
