Getting involved at the Long Shop Museum

Volunteering

There are lots of ways in which you can get involved at the Long Shop Museum. We have a great volunteer programme with lots of opportunities to get involved in some unique and rewarding roles. To find out about volunteering at the museum click here.

Friends

The museum has a very active Friends group who support the museum in a number of ways. To find out about what the Friends do and how you can join click here.

Join the 100 Club

Our 100 Club is a type of small lottery which you join by making a monthly subscription of £5. Each member is entered into a monthly prize draw with a first prize of £100. All the money raised will go directly towards restoring the grade II* listed Long Shop – a project that will cost nearly £1.2m.

Second and third place prizes will be added as membership grows.
